The following information applies to California residents and their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA"). The information below describes our data collection over the last 12 months.

Business purposes for which we have collected or sold PI:
- Performing services, including maintaining or servicing accounts (your MARKET account), providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing advertising or marketing services, providing analytics services, or providing similar services
- Auditing related to a current interaction with you and concurrent transactions, including, but not limited to, counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance
- Short-term, transient use, including, but not limited to, the contextual customization of ads shown as part of the same interaction
- Detecting security incidents, protecting against and responding to malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity
- Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality
- Undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration
- Undertaking activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of a service that is owned or controlled by us, and to improve, upgrade, or enhance the service

Please note: CCPA considers any disclosing of your information for business purposes "selling." We never actually sell your information for money or allow any outside parties to distribute or utilize your information for their own use. We do, however, share some of your information with trusted partners to improve our website and marketing efforts.

- Categories and specific pieces of PI we collected about you
- Categories of sources from which collected your PI
- Business or commercial purpose for which we collected or sold your PI
- Categories of PI we sold or disclosed about you for a business purpose and the categories of third parties to whom we sold or disclosed it
Request to delete your information
You have the right to request that we delete certain PI that we have collected about you.
Request that we do not sell your information
You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your PI.
